Yes, if you've had unprotected sex recently, I suppose so. But I think causes of the feeling in your breasts can be anything, ranging from hormones to pregnancy to some other internal imbalance.

I've had weird sensations in my breasts before, but I've never been (nor am) pregnant, nor do I have cancer. They've felt like spasms, but I didn't worry too much about them because they didn't last long.

For the best answer, you should just see your physician. If you believe you're pregnant, buy a few home pregnancy tests for baby possibilities.

Some women report that their breasts hurt or feel swollen and tender during the first trimester. Also, one of my friends said that the veins in her breasts were much darker at the beginning of all of her pregnancies (4 total).

Since you are asking the question, I assume there is a possibility that you could be pregnant. Take a test.

Good luck!

Edited to add:

If you have had breast augmentation (fake boobs), what you feel may just be your severed nerve endings trying to reconnect. Very common after boob jobs. :)

Tingling in the breasts is one of the signs, I had them as well, but I don't want to say "Yes, you are pregnant", cause you may not be. I also had tingling feelings in my breasts when I was about to breast feed or when my breasts were full and I had to express.

It's so unintelligent and unsafe to ask this question. Take a pregnancy test. It's $20 or less and it's a reliable answer. Not some nut trying to be doctor-for-a-day. Be responsible.

It is possible. Take a pregnancy test. If you are still worried, make a visit to your OB-GYN.
