I'm sorry, I don't know anything, but if you try www.imdb.com and search for David Sedaris, if anything is in the works, it will be there. If there is not much official info, there will be message boards and discussions by interested people.

I don't know. I have heard that a Strangers With Candy movie is coming out this summer, with his sister Amy Sedaris. I haven't heard of a David Sedaris movie.

I read his books but have not heard or seen anything about there being a movie in the works. The above comment is right. They are FINALLY supposed to be releasing Strangers With Candy, the movie.
