I am not on Birth Control pills and have not been on them for about 3 years. I had an Ovarian Cyst before but it ruptured and went away. Im not sexually active so that can't be a problem and I have been under some stress lately but it wasn't heavy stress though.

Thing is "Are you on Birth Control?" If so this may happen! Are you into heavy fitness meaning exerciseing all the time? If so that plays a key role in that too! Are you under any stress? That may cause that too! How about are you sexually active? It could be a number of things! If the problems persist you may want to see an OG/GYN for your symptoms! Let him know how long thats been going on and don't hide anything, because all they have to do is run tests to see whats wrong! Another thing to consider is check if that is genetically inherited! It may run in your family! I hope to you the best of luck!

Of course its not normal see your OBGYN so that you can control whatever hormonal problems you got.
An ounce of prevention is better than a gallon of treatment
