for example cry of a dog is called bark, cry of an elephant is called trumpet. Don't answer the sound quality like annoying etc.

Bleeding. As in that's whay they make my ears do. I absolutely hate parrots. How anyone could want one for a pet is beyond me.

I knew someone who had a parrot, they had to get rid of it because it wouldn't stop shouting "GLORY GLORY GLORY GLORY GLORY". How annoying.
Anyway, I'd call it a screech. A very annoying screech.
