well at least you dont have to see them all the time. My husband does it all the time too and it grosses me out non stop. Its part of life and what they do. Some peoples noses run for no reason. Mine does it when its cold or at my work where its really dusty. Suggest something for them to take to stop thier nose dribbling if thats the problem. Otherwise put up with it

Let them know that it kinda grosses you out and that your parents taught you that that's what restrooms are for. If they seem offended or give you hard time about it, just find a gentle way to say that you really don't want to offend them but it makes you uncomfortable and ruins your meal.
I don't blame you! It's disgusting to me too!

in private tell them how you feel...... that simple..... and maybe suggest that eating out will not be an option if they keep doing it...... be polite but firm...... God bless
