Are you old enough to be doing this, or even old enough to be asking about it?

This actually happened with a friend of mine.
A doctor finally thought to prescribe her a temporary low dose of anti depressant, after ruling out ALL physical causes (infections and the like- she was clean).
The antidepressant helped her feel less anxious that she would feel pain, and broke that mental cycle.
Ofcourse, Masters and Johnson was doing this, at the same "cure rates" before any medication was around...
Some tips to help without meds would be to use alot of lube (it stimulates the body's reaction of being wet, makes things much less painful by removing bad dry friction, and can be sensual -- but get a good brand), practice relaxing, low pressure to actually have sex...
... there's alot of info in that wikipedia article.
For me, what I've found helps, besides all the other stuff... is to take a little ibuprophin (which relaxes muscles)-- I had this problem for a month or so after getting the IUD inserted (cervix would cramp up at the very THOUGHT of being touched again!).
Anyway- hope this was a little coherent and readable- I'm obviously tired :-)

either youre too big, youre not turning her on or maybe her body needs more stretching....hint hint. A woman has to be truly in the mood and relaxed in order to fully enjoy the moment...if something is wrong with this picture then these are the results you get. Even if you get a good lube it may still hurt if she isnt really turned on enough for her juices to get flowing. If all else fails, maybe you just arent doing it right. Ask her what you can do to make it better...if she's comfortable talking to you about it she'll let you know and if not well, keep trying.
Good Luck!

Get some KY jelly. It sounds as though her body isn't producing enough natural lubrication. KY jelly is closer to what the body naturally produces. And just because she's not getting wet doesn't mean she's not excited. Just like some guys get harder erections than others, some girls get wetter than others.

It hurts because she's not wet...get some lube. Even if she did get wet women only get one dose of natural lube after that they need to use something

you need to get her more in the mood before you go and have sex with her.Try a lubricant if you dont think she gets wet enough. It hurts her cause its too dry down there...thats not comfortable! You need to get her excited enough.Do lots and lots of foreplay.Girls need it unlike guys.Take your time..dont rush into it.Good luck!

Well, it depends on her age. Sounds like maybe she is too young. If not, try making her feel more relaxed beforehand and remember it's not all about you!
