Do the math, there is no way they have had time to gain that many points. This has only een avaiable for less than two months. It's impossible! I guess they have already figured out how to cheat this too. There stats show they have answerde over 7000 questions. I haven't seen their name on a question yet! And on top of that it says they have 45% of the theior answers are voted best answers. How is that possible?

Sparky you also forgot that they lost 5 points for each of those 134 questions. , even if they awarded a best answer they still lost 2 points each. 134 questions, they lost almost as many points as I have.

Ok, let's say it has been available since Dec. That is 6 months ago. 86,000 divided by 6 is 14,333 points per month. NOW do the math. It is still impossible to get that many points in the first 3 months to get high enough on the scale to run full bore to make those kind of points. This averages to 477 points per day. They would have to answer the max. everyday for 6 months and score 1 best answer per day. I have answered 300 questions and I have 3 best answers. And I had some good answers that passed by for best answer. Matter of fact I have a lot of answers that were very detailed and specific and they were passed up for some stupid answer that didnt answer the question. Hmmm. Wait a minute.... BRB I want to try something.

BUSTED! I got them figured out! If they have a friend who answers their questions, and they answer a friends question it is possible! Also if they create 2 or more Yahoo names they can vote for your own answer as best answer. So they use a dummy name to ask the question, then vote their on answer as best answer. The fake name loses the points, but they get 14 points for answering it. 10 for best answer, 2 for answering and 2 for thumbs up or down on the answer. If you are getting 14 points on half your answers you can have 86,000 points.
Wow, a new low in Yahoo. Cheating at answering questions.... Yahoo needs to fix the problem of voting for your own answer as best answer. If not fix it, might as well make it automatic for you to get the points, who doesn't think they answer was the best for 1 point?
