Something from the heart, becoming an aunt is very special and if its your first niece or nephew they will be extra special.
My son has this on his wall:

I did a few of these several years ago and I wrote the child's first and middle name, birthday and time of birth on it.

It would be cute to write the baby's name and birthday and weight and everything....if you can wait until it's born.
