You can download a program called > readnotify.com. It is free for about a month and send your friend a email. After his email address write readnotify.com and it will tell you the country where your email was sent, when he opend it, how often he opens, if it was forwarded and ect. Just go to www.http://read notify.com. and download and read caferfully to assure that you have checked everything you want it to do for you.The person will not even know you are tracking the appropiate boxes. Try this and test by sending yourself a copy.

if you go into properties, in outlook, you can get the IP addy, but if he's using a global service to send, the server that sent it may not be exactly where HE is.
