FIRST OF ALL U NEED TO GIVE SOME DETAILS AS TO WHY YOU WANT CUSTODY , WHY YOU WOULD B THE BETTER PARENT & WHAT U HAVE TO OFFER THE CHILD NOT MONEY, ATTENTION , LOVE ETC.

By turning into a 2 year old parent. Behave in his way to him. Show whatever he shows. Play with him as he plays with u. Dont feed him as a mother but as another similar aged baby trying to grab food or u can feed him through things which interest him. Exanple Suppose u want to feed him a biscuit and he likes cars u can draw cars with icing on the biscuits and have a race as to which car will be eaten faster. U should also eat 1 biscuit while u make him eat 3 and say he won. If u are feeding rice group the rice into the shapes he likes like flowers, birds animals etc. and say he is going to eat those. For every walk of life u ahve to be like him. To bathe him there should be water toys like giraffe, Crocodile etc. in the bath tub. I am sure he would love to bath with them. To teach him alphabets u should make alphabets out of each and everything he loves. If he loves a chocolate u should feed him that chocolate only by making a it into 2/3 alphabets or numbers and asking him to tell it. Thiese are some small tips. I think this will help you use your imagination and invent new things. Pleaase do share your new ideas with us too so that it will be useful for many.

it can be very hard to take a child of the mother unless the child is physically hurting the child or immersing drugs to that child there wont be any way you can get custody of that child unless she died of course,i know its unfrtunate becausae some mothers are not to be mtohers just make sure you are active in your sons life that way if anything happens you will and can take over

first step is to get a lawyer...... then proof that parent/guardian is not doing right by child or child is in danger...... if you are talking about say maybe the grandparents have child and you want child back, it boils down to the same thing or that YOU are fit to be a parent again.... check with your state about the laws and regulations and go see a lawyer..... that is about all you can do.......God bless

You have to prove to a court that the other parent is unfit to care for the child.
