It all depends on what you want on your webpage, and how much help you will need making it. Some providers offer lots of help and templates, But small storage space, others are basic site that you have to upload websites built on your PC first, Best bet would be to look around and find a medium of what u need

Yahoo is great! if you can figure out to do all the html. file transfer thing. But you can do pictures, add several pages to your site, get backgrounds and tons more......plus add music if you know how. I use midi files for all my music.
And 50megs.com is another good one. I have sites on both.
Basically just do a search for "free websites" and chose the one that suits your own need.
And purchase an upgrade very cheap to get some cool stuff to add on.

If your ISP provides web space thats the place dude! No popups or unwanted ads! Check to see if your provider has space in your account....most accounts do and people dont even know it! You, like most other peep are already paying for it!
