Could be a variety of things. Possibly pink eye or some other type of infection. Allergies can also cause mucus, tearing of the eyes and redness. Best to check with a doctor. If it's some sort of infection, there are good medicines that can get rid of it. Allergies can be treated with oral medicines or eye drops.

Oh boy, Pink Eye. Nasty stuff. Lots of gunk in the eyes, lots of tearing, lots of red. Go to the doctor or clinic, they'll prescribe an ointment that will clear it up quickly. Wash your hands often.

sounds like pink eye to me. I would go to the eye doctor, they will give you a prescription for some eye drops. Watch out, it's highly contageous. Hope you feel better soon!
