ok i'm 15 but come on whats wrong with it its just a lip ring and its so not a form of cutting get your head out of your A**

You don't.
You honor her decision, whatever the reason, because she is your mom and you live in her home.
You need to think about why a lip ring is more important to you than making your mom happy. When you are 18, you can pierce or tattoo yourself wherever you want.
By the way....tattooing and piercing beyond the ears is a form of self mutilation AKA CUTTING. it's a more accepted version, but it is cutting nonetheless.

Whatever you do, do NOT get the lip ring without her permission like sneaking off to a place that will pierce people underage. That will just show your mother that you're being irresponsible and to not give you any credit in the future when you want to be trusted.
If it is that important to you to have a lip ring, maybe you can do some reasearch. Reaserch the type of piercing, any common and uncommon side effects, they type of care that is involved, and even possibly career paths which would not mind this display of creativity. Because thats just what it is, creativity. It is not "cutting" as mentioned above. It is a form of self expression that is becoming more widely accepted.
Once you do the research, sit down with your mom and discuss it further. But dont push the issue too much. Maybe she'll let you get it, maybe she'll ask you to wait. But either way, go into it educated and you may realize you dont really want the hassle of that type of piercing.

don't get a lip ring....I know that right now it really seems like the only thing you want to do and you can't see why your mother doesn't want you to get one but when you're older you'll have a hole in your lip because lets face it you wont keep that ring in forever. Having any facial piercing when you're young is cool, but when you hit your late 20's and 30's it just starts to look skanky... your mother is trying to save you from that!!
