LA has so much to offer! Here's some exciting restaurants that I love:
- Ago, Deniro's authentic Italian restaurant in Hollywood is fun
- Trilussa, Great outdoor seating in Beverly Hills with reasonable prices and fantastic Italian food (my favorite!)
- Koi, great asian fusion/sushi on La Cienega
- Fogo de Chao, all you can eat Brazillian steak house with an excellent salad bar on La Cienega $$$$
- Geoffrey's in Malibu with a beautiful Ocean view, long drive and $$$ but fantastic for special occassions, very romantic
- Mastro's steakhouse in Beverly Hills, the best steak and piano lounge, crowded, $$$$ and get reservations for upstairs!
Happy eating!!

Killer Shrimp is fantastic.
More commercial, everything at Chili's is good. I love the ribs.
For the very best best food though, Claim Jumper's can't be beat. Everything is uniquely delicious, right down to the grilled asparagus (who wouldda thunk?)>
Best Chinese is City Wok (NOT City Walk at Universal) in North Hollywood... if it's the good food you're after.
Maria's is great for Italian and Cafe Frite for French in Sherman Oaks.
Exotic is Marrakesh on Ventura Blvd. Couscous, eat with hands, sit on couch, drink wine and have fun with the belly dancers.
Great place for a date or for a small party.

Duke's in Malibu is the best for seafood and an incredible view. I would recommend it for lunch, especially. It's right on PCH. Barsac has incredible food at a decent price and it's right by Universal Studios. In Beverly Hills try Kate Mantalini's, especially if you want to eat late and spot a celeb.

I heard the Stinking Rose is really good. I think it's in Beverly Hills. I really enjoy the Cuban food at Versailles (I think it's on Venice Boulevard). Have fun!
