~Depending on the orifice and the insect, why would you want to?
If you must, I recommend either agent orange or TNT. The latter will not only remove the insects, but will generally prevent an influx of maggots in their stead.

Or, just pick your as s and blow your nose.

if it is an insect in the ear you can use a flashlight to lure the little bugger out

if its in your ear, go to doctor and have them flush it out, i dont know where else it could be that would be an orafice and a problem...
