First you need to dig a pit.
Put lots of rocks in it and heat them. Food should be placed in baskets made from flax and put into hot pit and covered.
Ready in about 7 hours or so. Try mutton, and veges like pumpkin potatoe, Kumara and yams etc. It is spelt Hangi
