If I had to guess I'd say Mike Commodore... I think the should put it in a bathrobe and let it be a "Robe Warrior", since that's what is fans are called... I think it would be funny if somebody had a party and filled it up with ice and beer and used it as a cooler. Or you could use it as a champange bucket... I would like bring it to the grocery store and put all my groceries in it... that would be fun...

Like everyone else said, Commodore maybe?
But what's with all this stuff about respecting the Cup? I understand what it means, it's my dream to win it and all, but Stanley's been used as a flowerpot, groped by Pamela Anderson, abandoned on the side of the road and thrown into swimming pools. I think it'll survive a few more adventures.

Hm... well, if I had to guess, it might be Mike Commodore or Ray Whitney. Both guys have a pretty good sense of humor. But, awe and respect for the tradition of the Cup might win out over any goofiness.

You never know....the Cup has quite a history behind it. When the New York Rangers won it in 1994, they returned the Cup to the league in 3 large pieces. I mentioned this to my boss, who is a HUGE Rangers fan, and he said, "Ummm, we're done with it now..."

I think Cam Ward will do the most noble thing with the cup. Him or Rod Brind'Amor
