Study yer backside off. It's the ONLY way to pass the exam(s). There are no usable cheat or brain dumps for it because of the way that the tests are structured.
If you can't sub-net IP networks in your head, or at least VERY quickly on paper, there's no way that you're going to pass. Ditto with the IOS commands and their structure. You either know it or you don't.
The Transcender practice exams are good tools for study and to familiarize yourself with the types of questions that you'll encounter. Once you can ace the entire battery, you're ready for the real deal.
