actually wen internet was first invented it was only used by the gov't. Then even wen the public started to use it, the computers were to primitve to show porn. In the early to mid 90s wen monitors wit 256 colors were produced and pictures were possible to put on the internet is wen internet porn began to blossom. And now it is a multi-billion soon to be trillion dollar industry whcih is far from burnin out.

since the first person figured out you could upload pictures on the internet which was before it was even officialy release VERY soon after the release of the internet the goverment inacted the first laws governing porn
