Leno showed a segment on his show tonight. I think Connie was yuking it up a bit. At least that was my take on it, that she was spoofing her rendition as her "swan song," since it was to be her last anyhow. She'll stay in t.v. so-called "journalism" no doubt, but nothing with any real credibility. I blame CBS for her slide down the slippery slope. She got fired for her interview with Newt's parents, but higher ups should have got the ax for letting that get on the air anyhow. Connie showed poor judgement for eliciting the "Real Bit**" remark about Hillary Clinton, but CBS moron managers let it pass and get aired. She just took the fall.
Ya pays ya money an ya takes ya chances! C'est la vie!

I enjoyed it. It was obvious to me she was being sarcastic to the networks for whatever reason, and I admire her for saying it (or singing it). I respect a person that says what they mean and mean what they say, more than some pencil dick that is so politically correct that they are afraid to speak because they may offend someone. In a country of free speech isnt it funny how being PC takes so much of it away?
You dont like her, too bad. Maybe that is why she is a successful person and you and i are just two people wasting time talking about her. Dont you wish people would think enough about you to ask a yahoo question. Don't lie.

Every moose up in Canada must be running for higher ground .Was that her impression of a wounded animal -or what ??? I didn't think it was possible for Connie Chung to appear less talented . After that sad display , I wouldn't hire her to write advertisement for a roll of toilet tissue . Just when I didn't think it was possible the drive-by media has sunk to an all time low .

I don't think she was thinking. I used to respect her even after marrying Maury but now, I just shake my head in stunned amazement.
