first of all octagonal means 8
2nd an octagon has a total of 1080 degrees leaving each angle in an equilateral octagon 135degrees

if one angle in a trapezoid is 135 degrees and another one is equal to it that is a total of 270 degrees out of a total of 360

leaving 90 degrees left for the other two angles of the trapezoid

so the angle measures for the trapezoids are 135 135 and 90-x and 90-y x+y=90 and suppose x and y are equal meaning x and y are 45 90-45=45

Octagonal Window

Total number of degrees in the internal angles of the octogon is 1080. 1080/8 = 135. So each internal angle is 135 degrees. Since you are asking for the angles for the trapezoidal shapes of the 8 pieces of a octagonal window frame, here goes:
Draw an angle of 135 degrees (internal angle of octogon). That leaves 360 - 135, or 225 degrees to be divided between the two frame pieces that comprise this angle. 225/2 is 112.5 degrees. So each of the two interior angles of each trapezoidal frame piece will be 112.5 degrees. Total degrees in each trapezoidal piece is 360, so 360-(112.5+112.5)=135. This remaining 135 degrees is to be divided between the two exterior angles of each trapezoidal frame piece, or (135/2=) 67.5 degrees. As a check we see that 112.5+112.5+67.5+67.5=360 degrees.

I will tell you how to find the angles . A octagonal has 6 points.
6 divided into 360 degrees = 60. so each point has a 60 degree angle. The end of each board would be cut at a 30 degree angle. two boards come together having 30 degree angles forming a point of 60 degrees.
