You need to bring your passport and your greencard thats it. You don't need a visa. just make sure that your passport has not expired and you'll be good.

YES YOU DO
Even if you had a US passport you still need a visa.
Submit your Passport, must be signed and have at least 6 months remaining validity, with one blank visa page
1 Visa Application Form, completed and signed
1 Recent Passport-Type Photograph
Copy of itinerary or air tickets showing round trip
Copy of U.S. Alien Registration Card (Green Card), both sides, or proof of visa status in USA
Several web sites this is only one but its best to contact the Embassy directly . I only include one website as an example.

It appears that you may need a visa if you are a Green Card holder, the rules have changed with terrorist activity and for the most up to date answer, it is best that you contact the nearest embassy or consulate for the latest information.
To travel to a foreign country with advice from a person who is not connected with the embassy or consulate of that country, is foolish and may turn your trip into a disaster. Here is contact information.

Your travel agency can probably answer this better than we can, but I'm assuming you would need a Jamaican Visa to go in and out of Jamaica.

check with the jamaican embassy or consulate on visa requirements. here is how to contact them in the us:
Check information with Embassy of Jamaica, 1520 New Hampshire Ave., NW, Washington, DC 20036 (202/452-0660) or the nearest Consulate in New York (212/935-9000) or Miami (305/374-8431). Internet: www.congenjamaica-ny.org
for return to us, i am guessing your green card should suffice but check with these folks to be sure.

Check the link for info. US citizens don't need a visa, but maybe Green Card holders do, though I doubt it. Up to 6 months, usually.
