ok ok ok my little sister is 13 and she needs a summer job to get money so she can pay her cell phone bill which runs about 95.00 a month... she has tried mowing lawns but everyone has a perosn already mowing their lawns... and shes allergics to the furr on animals.....and we live in a neighborhoodd with no children what else is there for a summer job plzz help me

She can:
get a paper route
housework (scrub floors, do dishes, etc)
wash cars
She is really limited by her age, the lack of children in the area and her allergies.

Ask all the people that already have someone mowing the yard how much they pay and offer to do it cheaper, or check different cell phone service providers....mine only costs $50 a month for UNLIMITED use.

Why in the world is her cell phone bill $95/mo. My husband and I together pay $49.95/per month. I would have her parents or you find out what kind of plan she purchased. She can't have a contract w/ parent signature so maybe they can.
If she's going over her minutes each month, then her parents need to know because it's their credit she'll ruin and that will cause huge issues.

If she's set up with the lawns, be more persistent. Reach out to a greater neighborhood, demonstrate the value. Persistence works when there's a legitimate value add.
eBay is an incredible resource. Buying and selling. Collectibles are probably more predictable and easier to get involved in.
Cleaning house usually works. A simple flyer to all the neighbors will get the message across quickly.
Whatever she does, focus on assisting another person with their pain, not on your own. (They don't do business with you because of your reasons, but because of theirs.)

no person 13 years old needs to use a cell phone to the tune of $95. a month. Who signed for the original phone contract since as a minor she couldn't do it.How was she expected to pay the phone bill each month withh no income.If she can't pay the bill take away the phone.

well first get her some skimpy cloth from salvation army some 70's high heals take her to the corner at night and let her make a living for her self !!!lol lol lol lol lol lol lol j/k or you just got to get her a pre-pay cell phone that runs out of minutes that way shell know how to delegate her calls and talking time

Lemonade stand?
She needs to chane her cell plan and usuage. Even if you have that much money a month it's a waste on a cell plan.
