Anybody know book or online resource that goes into HOW BRUCE LEE TRAINED to develope his physique, speed, and strength?
I am not interested in his martial art stuff, but his weight trainig, cardio, stretching exercises.
Most books are mostly full of Bruce Lee photos instead of being a Bruce Lee training manual.

well, its hard to seperate the two ideas, because most of his training regimen tended to be excercises that only martial artists do. without learning about how martial artists train, it might be hard to find specifics about his training from a fitness standpoint. but, most traditional martial arts methods (which bruce studied many of before creating his own methods) do specific stretches/excercises for all the joints, muscles, and tendons/ligaments, starting from the ones furthest from the human heart, and moving toward it. typically starting with the minor muscle groups, and working up to the larger ones. without making this answer REALLY long, thats about as much as i can help out.

Bruce Lee has a high metabolism and thats why he is so thin. Also instead of increasing weight(weight training) really quickly he focussed on perfecting one really difficult weight but quickly.

jeet kun do and his bro teaches the way in cali . but try this wing chun do till about 16 and his sister and him were cha cha dancers and ballroom winners and then boxing and hand to hand in the marines
