Freedom of Speech = limited by the forum you are in and what is deemed "appropriate".
Right to Bear Arms = you can't have a gun if you've been convicted of a felony
Right to Vote = limited by age
Right of Emminent Domain = no unreasonable search & seizure, limited now by 'antiterrorist laws'; the government can tap your phone, which is part of your household, for just about ANY reason whether or not it is 'unreasonable'.
Right to Trial by Jury of your peers = limited by due process. In some states, including Alabama where you are tried before a magistrate before you are allowed a new trial with a jury if found guilty.
