I haven't slept for 2 days.. any suggestions??

Ally, Have been to a doctor? After reading through your profile, it's obvious that there are some serious issues going on. Getting on Yahoo Answers maybe one form of release as far as getting in put and being able to express yourself and I think it's great that you can come on here and just let loose with questions and answers but you really need to get to a doctor if you haven't already. If you have a chemical imbalance then you can get medication and have the opportunity to live and be and feel free from all these emotional problems.

I have experienced insominia for years. Usually I notice it most during hormonal changes. People also tend to lose sleep when they are stressed. First try to identify what is keeping you awake. Are there problems at work, school, boy/girlfriend, mom/dad, bills, lack of money, depression? If none of these are the problem, then it is probably hormonal. Get some over the counter sleeping pills and call it a day/night! Hope this helps......

lol i know this may seem like a bitchy answer but try reading a social studies book...everytime i try i fall straight to sleep. if you dont have one handy....try doing something extremly boring while laying in bed.
