Are you in the time zone where you were born?
I was in Rheims in the Champage District for my 40th birthday (June 26). At some point, I asked myself when I would turn exactly 40. I realized that I was actually born on June 27th GMT. It kind of freaked me out -- but it made me seem like I was in my 30s just a little longer than other decades.

I celebrate it at the time i was born as well.. but in reality you're not celebrating it on the same day of the week as you did when you were born. So it's really not exact, if you think about it.

Depends in which country ur living in. Is it that you were born at 11:12pm according to the GMT.
Dont forget that time is relative.(Einstein STR).
