It was awesome. Australia is now on the world platform.
Their defence against Brazil was too. I wasn't impressed with Harry Kewell though, he missed vital shots in that game.
Inconsistent refereeing leaves a bad taste in your mouth. This is happening in all of the games.
I believe Australia has a good chance against Croatia and if they make it through, fantastic.
If not, we are proud of them anyway.

Guus knew what needed to be done and implemented the subs that he thought would do the job and they did, but not without the help of the other players. They had a never say die attitude and kept cool heads which saw them through. They knew the game was not over until the final whistle and kept fighting until they heard it. They have arrived.

Brave. Committed. Strong. Resilient. The Socceroos just did not give up and kept preservering even against Brazil. If they play well they can advance. Huddink is a flaming genius.

oh man. have yo seen those australians? theyre so big with the broad shoulders and everything. they look more like rugby players then soccer players.
