i would be sad because that could've been the only time i won the lottery jackpot and i will search for it all day all night all week all month and all year long.

Lost the ticket before or after finding out you won? I think you need your ticket to see if you win. If you do win the lottery, as soon as you find out, hid the ticket in a safe place where nobody can retrieve it but you. Don't let the situation happen.

You can stll make an effort to claim.You must find out the agent get a certficate that he had sold it to you.Notify the lottery company.If you can prove you have purchased and you are the true beneficiary,you have some chance to get it.If the Ticket was purchased using credit card or internet,those proof may help you.

Learn from my mistake and make sure that I organized my things a little better in the future. You know, I stopped buying those tickets a long time ago because I rarely checked them and I did just set them some place and forgot about them. To some people, money isn't everything I suppose. :)

I agree with the answer above i would do a lot of praying, then I would probably project my anger and try to blame someone else for my loss, then I would cry (a lot) Then put a smile on, say oh well thats how the cookies crumble and move on.

woudnnt make a difference to me since i dnt believe in lotteries and the money u get from them. if u were meant to get the money so be it but if not, shed a tear and then move on .. rite ?
