Did you know that viagra is covered by insurance, but birth control isn't? I just don't understand why that is. Now we have lots of guys with hardons all day for cheap, but we women can't afford our birth control to keep from having babies and to keep our cycle normal.

Some policies do cover birth control. but you are right that is dumb that an old foggie who can't get it up is covered by insurance, shouldn't viagra be considered cosmetic, and wouldn't be covered?

Many insurance companies do in fact cover birth control. It just depends on the insurance you have. Otherwise there are low-cost options such as getting it from Planned Parenthood whose charges are based on a sliding scale according to your income.

Maybe your insurance doesn't cover it, but my fiance's does. She has no copay for birth control. The lower your insurance premium costs, the more you have to pay out of pocket.

erectile dysfunction is a medical condition. Not wanting to get pregnant is not. Babies are not diseases, so you cannot call BCP preventive medicine.
