my husband makes the money, i stay at home with my boy so I handle the money. i go off and pay the bills do the shopping etc and lay all the left over "extra" money down so WE can decide what, if anything we'd like. His only rule is that I dont spend more than $10 AU, without him knowing.
I've always done the budgeting and it works well for us so he's never needed to handle the money, he can just come home enjoy his meals and know all the bills are paid.

funds are pooled into one account -- you're a crew and a pair -- no separate money owed. What my husband and that i did with a view to have "loose money" and not could account for what we offered only for exciting or if we wanted to purchase some thing for another -- we each and each were given a particular quantity of money on the first of the month. some years it replaced into in reality $20 and many years it replaced into $one hundred fifty. This replaced into money shall we save up for some thing, spend that very day, etc. as far as charge playing cards, one account and also you each and each have a card, paid off with the joint bank account you've. i don't think of a husband and a spouse can both have careers and performance a pleased marriage. i imagine both can paintings, yet one has to have the loved ones as their important purpose. otherwise, who's there to make a house, to nurture a house, and performance a cushty domicile to come back domicile to. And, once you've little ones, i think the mother could be domicile with them for the first 2 years, a minimum of. no human being will love your little ones better than you do and they desire that nurturing. Now on your marriage -- DIVORCE isn't AN option. No questions or thoughts about this. Any situation will be solved and said. And, your marriage is the most important element -- nurture one yet another and seem after one yet another. once you do have little ones, make effective they don't develop into better significant than your marriage. reliable success.

I do - the wife, because my husband writes on more than one line at a time in the check register. Seriously, I'm a little OCD.

When I was married, the ex handled everything. After all, she's a CPA. It was like having a personal accountant for free. Not I fend off for myself.

WIFE. Most of our bills come directly out of his paychecks, really easier that way, but 4 the ones that don't. I pay it, he's in the military so he's hardly ever here and when he is he's so busy he 4gets so its better if i do it.

My husband makes the money and I spend it. He's not real good at keeping track of what's due and when. It's my deal to take care of all that.
