Oh how I hate that !! I hate the fear that goes thru me whenever a cop is behind me. I usually try to ignore them when they're next to me. Cops that drive around looking for you to make a mistake in the way which you drive PISS ME OFF. I wish I had the nerve to say to them "GET A REAL JOB". A cop that comes to you when you need them is one thing, but a cop that is hiding so you cannot see him as you are speeding past him going 5 miles over the limit, just to issue you a ticket....is surely a PIG. : )

If we're at a light....I just hope he keeps going and leaves me alone. As for parking...when I go parking I make sure no other cars are around....ESPECIALLY cops.

i get freaked out anytime a cop is near me. i spent to many years with a loser who seemed to been arrested by the year and just about every year. he is now a ex hubby and im now remarried to a great guy,, so cops makes no difference to me today now that im with someone who plays by the rules.

I think about how much better it feels to be clean, sober and not holdin compared to how the opposite felt some years back and I find myself hoping he goes home safely that night.

Wiil they notice that I have my seat belt tucked under my arm or why don't they ever seem to be on the freeway picking up the people who really speed or pick up those people who always run red lights?

I hope that if they are called away in a hurry, they don't open the cruiser's door so wide and fast that it hits my car and dings it. Then I change parking spaces.

I usually have still not gotten over the laughter caused by all of the break lights that are suddenly coming on all around me.

Nothing, I just don't think about it. Cops sense fear and paranoia. So if you just treat it like any other car, everything goes just fine

I think how lucky we are to have a man like that who works every day in the threat of death and wants to work to keep the peace.
