Pinks or corals would look good on you. Beige's as well if you want a nude looking lip. Bottom line is you have to play with color. Red is not for you. It will only emphasize the thinness of your lips.

Sally Hansen has a great line of lipsticks that use collegen to boost up thinner lips. Don't worry there are no needles here. If you choose to use a lip booster with collegen remember its okay if it tingles, but not if it burns. This line of lipsticks generally come in light pinks and natural colors.
Using blushes can often make up for absence of lip color. Just be sure to get one that is lighter, not too dramatic.

For a fair complexion, use glossy transparent pinks, light peach, honey and beige colors. women with ivory skin tones should not wear chocolate brown lipsticks, for example, because it can age you and appear unnatural. Wear lighter shades of lip color on thin lips to make them look fuller.

Try a peach! Light pink or Silk N Shine lip moisturizer would look good.

Stick with lighter shades, they tend to make your lips look fuller whereas darker colors will make them appear smaller. Try these colors by Mary Kay: Frosted Rose, Shell, Sweet Nectar, and Paradise Pink. To see how these colors (matched with a lip liner and gloss) might look on you click here http://www.marykay.com/daryn_anderson/whatsnew/vmo/kate.aspx?tab=whatsnew For a free sample of any of these colors you can contact me directly through my website.

light colors would look best. I'm also very light and I've noticed that peaches and corals look best. go for more a lip gloss/shiny look. it will look a lot more natural then lip stick which could look dry and caked on....

Soft beiges and pinks look good, while red can be striking. The only thing about red or darker colours is that they tend to make your lips look thinner.

line them lightly with a nude liner and fill in with a creamy nude brown gloss or lipstick and then put a touch of shiny gloss in the center of your bottom lip to make them look larger...don't use dark colors or they will appear thinner than ever...and don't line with out blending with your finger by just dotting it a little, like a dabbing motion to blend the liner ...
