yes change is a necessary but it is not necessary that you will change for better only-it could be for worse as well. plus we also need to change a lot of things around us to make this world a better place

Yes, we do. It's so we can survive. A better person is a person who can survive well in the world. And it never ends, because other people constantly change, and we change based on their changes.

YES!!!! If we want to grow, we have to take the good with the bad, and do it with a humble attitude...... If we can't face our mistakes, and are too puffed up with pride, how would we ever feel good about ourselves? And on the positive side, we grow from doing something really great too. We gain peoples respect, we gain self worth, the desire to achieve more grows in us as well........

It's up to u. But to me yeah. That is called growth. We have to improve ourselves to be a better person either spiritually or mentally etc. It's ur choice. You can improve by learnin new things or gettin to knw new pple or gettin new hobbies etc. It's self-improvement. By improvin/changin/upgradin ourselves we will somehow get to know & learn more abt ourselves thn we tot we already knw b4. We'll knw wat we gd at or bad at & im sure those u're bad at u'll definitely wanna improve rite...Try it Im sure u'll like it!
