First you need to sit down and talk with your spouse. Get your issues out in the open and discuss them without prejudice. After both of you have all your issues out on the table, you can discuss them as rational adults. Don't make the mistake I did and keep things bottled up. Eventually those feelings will eat you alive and your feelings will come boiling out at the worst time. If you discuss everything and still can't work out your issues then seek a marriage counselor, they can help you find some middle ground and give you tips on how to compromise. Marriage takes work, don't let anyone tell you differently. But it is truly worth the work to have a loving, lasting relationship with the person you truly love.

No ifs ands or buts. Go to marriage counseling. It could save your marriage! Best money you will ever spend!
I go to a counselor on a sliding scale. I pay $30 a session for biblical counseling.
Good luck and God Bless.

best to consult a preacher, professional marriage counselors tend to hurry, so they can get their next customer, min. fee $500,
$200 an hour. preachers do not charge anything, give the best advice, and are sincerely interested in helping.

My Mom first then when it gets really bad I've used a marriage councilor and pastor. The pastor helped the most and faster, probably because he wasn't getting paid by the hour like the councilor was.

I would go to a marriage and family counselor (MF). if it turns out to be something other than the relationship most will refer out but I feel it's a good place to start.

I ask my parents. They are not experts by no means but they have been surviving 33 years of marriage and counting. I also speak with my married friends that I TRUST. Hell... if I knew a psychologist I would go there too.

"Never discuss you marital issues with family. You will forgive and forget, but they never will."
