i have had little ones under my eye. I have dark skin as well and the have disappeared. It takes time to heal but vitamin E helps. Laser surgery is just getting more and more advanced so you should talk to your doctor about it. I also have an uncle that had alot of dark ones around his neck. He had them removed as well. They scared for about 3 weeks, but the end result was worth it. He feels way more confident. It is also very safe. i had them removed when i was 16!

Cindy Crawford used to hate her mole and consulted a doctor to remove it. her doctor had her choose between a scar and the mole. She chose the mole. Look at her now, without the mole she would be much less famous. Just leave your mole alone.

You need to see a dermatologist so they can determine if you should have them removed or not. Alot of times moles on face will leave scars, and this depends also on size of moles.

You need to have them checked out by a dermatologist...just last week I had a mole removed from my face (near my eye)...they just sliced it off with a scalpel...it is healing..and looking great..no scar...it was bothering me...because it was getting bigger thru the years...I'm glad I had it removed...it didnt hurt either...

well i know someone who removed they moles, but not with laser surgey. they made the mole numb and when it is completly numb, they sort of cut it with a knife or razor or something sharp. im sure it doesnt hurt cuz well it is numb. so the choice is up to you and try talking to a dermatalogists first.

dont freak out so much! go to ur doctor he'll let u know if u need to remove it wit lasers or in my case just cutting it off note: dont cut it off urself let the doc do it (sometimes a mole can lead to skin cancer, only ur doc can tell if its that dermatic)

It is safe, but can often leave scars. So, the question is, would you rather have moles or scars?
