It seems, from what you have briefly stated, that your friend is opinionated, gives advice when not necessarily asked for, and all around controlling and bossy. These are often qualities associated with moms. They're always lecturing and telling you how you should or shouldn't do things and giving advice about one situation or another.
I would imagine it can get annoying at times, but you must weigh the pros and cons of this friendship. Is her mother-like demeanor so overbearing that it makes it hard to see why you are friends with her? If so, maybe you should reconsider being her friend. However, if she is trustworthy, helpful, cares about you, and is there for you when you need her (or whatever friend qualities you find appealing) you should keep her and try to talk to her about these things that are bothering you. Communication is the most important thing in any kind of relationship; whether it's between two friends, two co-workers, or a married couple, talking about how you feel and what you think, is very important. If you don't feel you can talk to her, there isn't much of a base for being friends.
These are things you might consider looking at when deciding whether or not she is friend-worthy. I hope it helps! Good luck!
