Pay off my debts, then I'll be a free man!

1. Give 10% as a tithe to local charities
2. Pay off existing bills. (don't have a lot)
3. Pay off grad school bills and get my doctorate (all this would total about $ 25,000)
4. Build a new home ($200,000)
5. Put some in investments and the rest in savings.

Give the first 10 percent to the church as my tithing like God asked for...
Then I would pay off my home and other debts, and then start to help my family and then my friends...
I would love to be able to drive up to a poor person on the street and just hand them a 100 dollar bill...
Wow, I wonder what they would think???
It would be cool though...

I'd buy a new house with a pool and all that good stuff. I'd buy a new car. I,d also give like 200,000 dollars to the people who don't have a home.

Move out of this city and buy an average priced home out west. Do some minor shopping for new clothes and save/invest the bulk. Boring huh?

Pay off all out standing bills, buy land & depending on the area I bought the land in? That would be the deciding venture I would Invest in. Homes, Apt.'s Or Condo's..... Maybe Industrial!!!!

put it in the bank, invest some of it in real estate, & invest some of it in stocks, & spend 1/2 of the interest that i earn & reinvest the rest till i have enough to retire well.
