Absolutely! A good example is Lindsay Lohan. The old Lindsay-Red head with some "meat".Good. The new Lindsay-Blond and skeletal. Bad!

I'm a guy, and I would say it has to do with personal preference. That being said, most guys tend to like full breasts and juicy butts, both of which require that a girl have "a little meat on their bones." However, there is a difference between having some meat and being 30 or 40 pounds over weight. That's my 2 cents.

Personal preference, I am sure. I am not at all attracted to ultra-skinny women. I personally do prefer a "little meat on their bones"

it's probably personal preference, but in my experience, guys do like a little meat on their bones because their afraid to hurt skinny girls or be hurt (bones poking into them). that's just what I've been told by men although I am not fat or skinny, I am healthy and muscular with a little extra soft padding.

Personal preference. I like a girl with a "little padding", but I have a friend who would call Calista Flockhart a fat slob.
Personally, I think he just has a little winkie and needs a tiny girl to make him feel like he's "big".

we like bones and meat and anything the womans gonna give us and we will lie to get it also so believe me we love alittle and alot and some and none men have been arrested with animals and fats gonna put them off

i prefer a "little meat" as you say, i don't think seeing a woman's (or even a man's) rib cage is attractive
