Impotence is when a guy can't get an erection (or a complete one).

Frigidity, I'm guessing, is someone who has no desire for sex.

A guy who has impotence may really want to have sex, but can't get it up. Where as a frigid person lacks the will to have any at all.

Impotence is when a man cannot get an erection, or can't have children (also when a woman cannot have children). Frigidity is when a person is uninterested in or unaroused by sexual activities.

Impotence is more of a physical disablity, and Frigidity, more mental disability. At least that's my thoughts.
