Wait until the right time, he will find out in time and you will get him

By the sound of your question you seem to think that you should move in on the guy because he's being cheated on. This sounds like typical Jerry Springer!! two things:
1) you are going to lose your best friend if you split them up to get the guy.
2) You don't know if the guy knows or not....he might know and accept it. In any case it's none of your business and you shouldn't be trying to use it as justification for doing something you know is wrong.

How do you know if she is cheating? Are you just saying that to justify being with him? Is he interested in you? You need to sit back and look at the situation before you take any action. If she is your best friend consider what would happen if you made a move on him. You could lose her and make an enemy. If you moved on him would he accept it.

Him finding out wont make him yours to date anyway because if he had feelings for you he'd be dating you instead.

However, if you dislike her cheating....isnt their anyone else who knows the 2 but isnt emotionally involved (best friends) that could let him know whats going on?

If there isnt..then I would say NOTHING and just distance yourself from BOTH of them, for good, because its going to backfire on you in the end. You'll never get the guy and she's acting in a way that you despise so how can you remain friends with her and stay comfortable?

don't get involved with your bestfriend's boyfriend even she is cheating him.

if your bestfriend boyfriend do love her no matter what she does, getting involved with him just to save him and thinking you could do something for him would only hurt you when they get together again. your relationship to your bestfriend is more important than getting involved with her boyfriend,,
If you really madly in love with this guy... let him express what he feels for and don't jump into conclusion.. he might use you for this and you will gonna end hurt later... not only you would loose him but your best friend. stay out of this...
you could help them work things out as a bestfriend not be a part of their break up.. goodluck !

She is your best friend. If you make any move, you are making a choice, him over her. I assure you if you choose to do something you lose her friendship. What if it doesn't work out between you and him? You have lost them both. Boys/Men come and go, but that is your friend. You do need to tell her to stop cheating or move on. Give her good friend advice. Then, if she moves on, he is fair game.

Get out of this any way you can. It's a no-win situation, it's going to blow up in everyone's faces eventually, and leave nothing but victims. Get out now while you still can.
