If you're hungry ... well, eat! I tell you, I pigged out on everything when I was pregnant, my specialty was great biggie fries from Wendy's every-night after work. I had ice cream, chips, cookies, pizza...you name it, I ate it. As crazy as it seems, I only gained 17 pounds--my doctor was telling me to eat more ice cream (good source of calcium and lots of calorie intake). Yes, ideally, "healthy foods" are the way to go, but don't stress too much -- I think a good amount of exercise daily is more important than counting every calorie. Don't worry about the weight after pregnancy, it does come off quick especially if you breastfeed. Your little one will have you running around in no time and you'll wonder where all the weight went so fast. Enjoy pregnancy, quit worrying about petty things -- this is one time in your life where you can eat like a mad woman and not look "fat" after inhaling a whole pizza and a milkshake :) Pregnancy is great, enjoy it!

This is my second time pregnant and I was really hungry the first time and also this time. Just eat. You will feel better for it. Don't pig out on junk food though and make sure you eat food the is pregnancy safe food. Avoid anything that is listeria causing. If you go to a pregnancy website you should be able to find a list of food to avoid. If you eat healthy and walk you can lose it pretty quick after you give birth. I really recommend breast feeding. Makes the weight loss so much faster.

Eat but eat responsively. Its hard but pay back is a ***** when the nine months are over and your baby does not weigh fifty pounds because you put on sixty. The weight is hard to get off, your body goes through so many changes, good luck.
My thing was greek salads with lots of feta and chicken nuggets from Mc Donalds.

You MUST eat whenever you are hungry when you are pregnant. Your body and baby knows exactly what it needs. Just try to eat things that are low in fat with less calories. You will also get cravings for certain things. This is the one and only time in your life were you really need to just let yourself eat what it is your body is telling you to. After you have the baby you can loose it with exercise and weight loss diet programs.

Unfortunately it is a sign of pregnancy! lol Increased appetite will slow down soon for you. But then pick back up again sometime in your second tri. Just make sure you pick healthy snacks so that it wont matter how often your eating as long as you are eating right. My docs told me to graze if need be but choose the right foods to graze on. Its helped me!

Eat small portions often. When you eat at meal times eat something filling but lean such as chicken. When you just want a snack eat some fruit or vegetables

This happened to my friend too. Try to snack on fruits and vegetables, not junk, and you should be fine.
