I am soo tired of looking at those ugly colors that they have on the windows xp taskbar . If you know how to change it or know a good website where I can download different skins for my taskbar , please help. Thank you !

You can do it without installing programs - I won't recommend installing a program for this. Many contain adwares. You can download a theme - A site that has a lot of new themes are here:

Go to Start>Settings>Control Panel>Display
Select "Appearance" tab
Adjust "Color scheme" box until u find the one u like
Hit Apply the OK
May need to restart uyour system.

either go to search and type in computer themes, (easiest, you might have to download stuff) or you go into the controll panel, appearance and themes, click on change computers theme, click on appearence tab, click on advanced tab, and start messing with the colors.
