Even if you correctly guessed someones number, you'd still be caught because they'd report that someone was charging their card, then they'd track the location of your computer and come get you.

No they dont work, usually most companies and even porn sites for example bill 1 dolar to your credit card in order to check if its real.

EDIT: Of course you can create a number, there are programs that use the same maths that use the credit card numbers and give you a VALID one, but obviously its got no funds

I don't think you can just make up a number, they have certain ways of making them, it's some sort of system, you won't be able to cheat it, plus the credit card accounts have to be active.

No, that would be fraud.

So let's say that you do order something. Suppose the UPS guy is an undercover cop. Do you sign for it, so he can give you a nice pair of stainless steel bracelets?

Maybe your love buddy BUBBA will take good care of you in jail.

The National Security Agency (NSA) was listening in to your question. They, or perhaps the FBI (you know what that means) are already checking into your address. You should be hearing from at least your local police pretty soon. They will probably just say thay want to take you "downtown" to ask you a few questions. You know the routine. Be sure they read you your Moranda Rights. D.A.
