Wash your face regularly and use something with either salycilic acid or benzoyl peroxide. Try using a face wash and then use cream over it. Whatever you do DON'T pick the zits or they will get worse, besides washing just try to leave them alone.
If it gets relaly bad ask your parents to take you to the dermatologist and they can give you a perscription for something a little stronger.
Don't worry it will get better if you stick to a routine of cleansing and remember to always take your make-up off at night!

Try getting some face cream to put on in the morning. That happened to me I used two things. I used "Equate Daily Face Wash" first but it didn't work that well so then I switched to " Clean & Clear Deep Action Cream Cleanser" which works really well and remove most of the bumps from my face. And plus it only takes about 2 minutes each morning. Oh and it is not that expensive either.

Depending on your age, it could be acne. Also a lot of people don't realize that using too many skin care products on your face can cause conditions to worsen. The skin on our faces is thin compared to other areas of our bodies so scrubbing too hard, using lots of soaps and chemicals, lotions etc can all cause problems. Try using just warm water and bit of Noxema when you clean your face. Pat your face dry after you rinse - don't rub with the towel. This method worked wonders for myself and my daughters - who never suffered with teenage acne. don't expect results overnight but after a week, you should see improvement in your skin and your pocketbook!

How old are you? As you 'grow up" your body changes. If you are talking about acne, the best thing is to avoid chocolate, and greasy foods. Eating a lot of fresh fruit also helps. And wash your fash every day
