I think it would be a good idea if they go back and then try to become legal citizens. Why are they only going to put illegal Mexicans in prison? I think that is why Mexicans are so angry. Why not pass a law that will put all illegal citizens in prison if they are here illegally? Why just the Mexicans? Also, prison is a really bad place. I would not wish anyone that is not a dangerous person to ever have to go prison.

Also, people need to remember that some states in America were once owned by Mexico. People in the USA that were not Mexicans started a war with Mexico. Mexico lost this war and USA forced Mexico to sell their land to them. So, I really do not think that it is fair that we are trying to pass a law that will put Mexican in prison for being in a country we stole from them. I think Europeans are trying to take over America! They are very greedy! They think they own everything! They think they are the elite race! Europeans are trying to take over and dictate the world!

Where are all of the Native American Indians? Did we kill them all or something? I never see them anymore.

However, it is sure getting crowded in America.

No. I just went through the legal process to obtain a green card for my wife with the Customs and Immigration Service (CIS). It has taken three years; the process was difficult and expensive.

No fair cheating the CIS regulations! They are in place to secure the integrity of the USA in terms of borders and security. The illegals should go home and apply as anyone else abroad. Their employers in the US should be prosecuted.

I think that they should be allowed to stay, only give them a time limit to apply for temporary residency or citizenship. If, at the end of the allotted time, they still haven't made an effort to be here legally, send them back. I also think that if they have committed a felonious crime, they should be deported with no questions asked, even if they have applied for residency.

Don't think anyone wants them to stay here illegally. Questions is where they should be deported, or allowed a method to become legal.

yeah illegals should be naturized americans, in the long run its all good, these latinos are more fun than some americans ( white republicans). hopefully they will form or choose a next government that is more human.

also, corporation tax fraud cost more than illegals..why not pick on corporations instead?

Deport them and Microchip them and if they come back into America have a Soldier shout to them in the Anglo-Saxon tongue about how they were warned not to ever cross U.S. Soil again.

If I said yes I would have to condone breaking the law, therefore I say no...they should go through legal process to be here legally.

they should either be forced to file for citizenship or work visas or send their a$$e$ back to where ever they came from. And a fine for anyone who does not and instant deportation!

You have been staying in their country for centuries sucking their resources.
When looking at an issue, one should look at all its sides not only the side nearest to him.
