Katharine McPhee should've won American Idol. She has the whole package..she can sing, she has the looks too! Well I'll admit..she can't dance. But neither can Taylor. But I do understand why Taylor won. He was an original with the "raw, unperfected, no professional lessons" voice. He had a great personality. But I was pulling for Katharine McPhee to win. Oh well!

Elliott Yamin. He has an amazing voice and a great personality. He's genuine and down-to-earth, and not afraid to wear his feelings on his sleeve. He's been an inspiration to many, and I believe he is truly what American Idol is all about.

I think America got it right. Taylor is an amazing performer, maybe not the best singer of the group, but he knows how to please a crowd. He's the only one I would pay to go see in concert, without a doubt. Elliot is an amazing singer and I loved his genuine personality, if Taylor wasn't there, I would have been rootin' for him all the way.

I think Elliott, Paris, and Mandesa were the best season 6 had to offer in my opinion. I thought Taylor was great too, I really didn't think that Katherine was good at all, she tried to hard to be like Kelly Clarkeson.

Mandisa and Elliott were my favs....but after Mandisa got voted off (which I still think she shouldve lasted longer in the competition), I was rooting for ELLIOTT!!!! Come on, they were the best singers! But I am glad Taylor won instead of Kat. She was too cocky and sensitive.

at first i was going for Mandisa and Chris Daughtry because they sounded better than the rest.
In the end i wanted Chris to win. He's hott and a good talented singer. He got me to like what ever type of music he sang...lol...but he is a great singer....He should've won.

I like Katharine McPhee better than Taylor Hicks, but that's just because I think she would have been more successful than he will be as the Idol winner. And I just like her better. Don't ask me why because I'm not sure.

i think Mandisa should have won because she was no comparison to the other contestants. But Taylor only won becuase America is retarded!
