only if you have exchanged enough pictures and converswations to feel like you know him. But take a friends more than one if you can(safety in numbers) and meet in a public place. DO NOT i repeat DO NOT take them to your address because you cant be too careful with these things.

If you are going to meet with someone you met over the internet, it's a good idea to take a friend with you for the meeting...and arrange to meet in a public place, such as a restaurant where there are other people. Be careful!

welp, that depends. does he seem nice and safe enough? Perhaps you could plan you first outing with friends. I met my husband over the internet. We have been married for four years now and have a son. Internet dating is like any other type. You still have to be careful, you are not somehow exempt from having difficulties in the relationship. Just take your time. He could or could not be a good match for you, but you have to take time and effort to find out. It could be the start of something special. Good Luck!

Cheridan just be careful and don't meet this person alone the first meeting. These days with so many predators out there you just need to check everything out. You know just because a person sounds cool, doesn't mean he is.

I agree with Kay_Zoo. Take a friend with you. I met my hubby over the internet, but we exchanged pics and e-mails and talked on the phone for a year, before we met face to face. Take your time and if something doesn't feel right, don't do it. But I'd get to know this guy before you go any further than the internet. You don't know what kind of psychos are out there.

If you have a good feeling then go ahead. Just be careful. Let someone know where you will be, and make sure its in a public place. I'll warn you though, it may change things. I had met a girl online and we talked almost every night for a month. We finally decided to meet. That night she IMed me and said that things just didn't work out.

That depends on how OLD you are! If you are a teen...be careful!! Meet at a restaurant during the DAY. Don't give him your address. Don't go anywhere ALONE with him.
Ask if you can see his ID to see if he has given you a false name ...or if he's really a lot older than he told you he was.
MEET guys at school, church, through friends,at work, or in your neighborhood! NOT on the net

i think you should be talking to this guy for at least 6 months. also tell him that you like someone and if he is ok with that you'll be sure thats not all that he wants from you. also tell him that your not too sure you want to meet him and if he's fine with that, then that means that he probably isnt a molester or some creep. be careful and definatly bring a friend (preferably a guy but if not a girl) make sure if he does anything creepy, just to be aware.

If you are curious, have time and resources definitely you can meet. Before meeting cross check about the real intentions, there
are many fly by night operators on the net
