Geez people, do some research before you answer!

Ultracet = Ultram (tramadol) 37.5mg + acetaminophen (also known as TYLENOL) 325mg. In other words, NO CODEINE!

Chek out the manufacturer's website...

Ultracet is Ultram and Hydrocodone.... but if you react to codeine there's a good chance you'll react to the hydrocodone (Lorcet) in the Ultracet.

Yes and no, it is made from a synthetic codine, not the real thing but , as i have seen, will still do some good or harm if taken the right or wrong way

i am not that familiar with ultracet as a brand name, however since it sounds like percocet, then probably it does. but if you really want to know, go to the internet and plug in the words "phamacology of ultracet" in the search box. when you get your responses look for one or two which lead you to a description of the drug and its action.
