we go swimming alot and my hair is turning green how do i strip it. My daughter is mixed can i use the same thing on her hair ??

You can use Aloe Rid by Sebastian or Neutrogena has a similar shampoo. the best thing to avoid this problem is to totally soak your hair prior to swimming in a chlorinated pool. The hair cannot absorb the chemicals if it is already wet. You could also try lemon juice for a quick home remedy.

From my own personal experience, I consider Redken to have the BEST products available for "swimmer's" hair. They also have products for multiple hairtypes and will be able to tell you more. You can only buy it through a salon though. You should be able to locate the salon nearest you at www.redken.com click on the 'salon finder' and follow the directions.
